Srinagar: Unidentified gunmen made a bid to assassinate two girls in Kreeri village of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district this night. Eyewitnesses told Kashmir Express that unknown gunmen this night barged into the residence of Mohammad Akbar Akhoon, in Duderhama village of Kreeri and opened close range fire on two girls, identified as Shaista, 18 and Pinki.
Both the girls have been rushed to the hospital. Further details are awaited.
